Hi, I'm in the process of RMAing a new graphics card I just bought that does not work. For the past week, I've been using my old card, which works just fine. As part of the RMA process, they wanted me to try different cables to see if that worked. I figured I'd humor them, so I put the new card back in for one last try - no go. I put my old card back in and started up my PC. I installed the latest driver for my old card again (SAPPHIRE Radeon HD 6970). I restarted my PC and for some reason my second monitor has not been working in conjunction with the first. I am using an Acer H236HL as my primary (through HDMI) and an Acer S231HL as my secondary through DVI. The primary monitor always works without issue, but the second one never seems to work since I swapped cards momentarily. I made sure that the drivers for the monitors are up to date as well. Please Help. Thanks! for more you can check: References: www.techrepublic.com/forums/Corporate Advertising
